Program Description

Iconic Dental operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with patients regarding appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, insurance verification, treatment updates, billing notifications, follow-up care, and, for patients who have separately opted in, promotional offers and practice announcements.

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Iconic Dental, you agree to receive text messages regarding:

 

• Appointment confirmations

• Appointment reminders

• Insurance verification

• Treatment follow-ups

• Billing notifications

• Promotional offers (only if consent has been provided)

Consent is not a condition of receiving dental services.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointment activity, treatment needs, billing activity, and whether you have opted in to receive promotional messages. You may receive messages when:
- Your appointment is confirmed or changed
- You check in or are checked out
- Your care team has an update for you

SMS Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and selecting the appropriate SMS consent checkbox on our appointment request form or other approved enrollment methods, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Iconic Dental. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive dental services.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and
no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact our office.
